“We do fashion the old-fashioned way

North Standard Trading Post started as a shop nestled in the west end of Toronto in the eclectic Parkdale/Roncesvalles neighbourhood. Established in 2012 by Pamela Hopson & Francesco Fiore, a young Toronto couple looking to fuel their passion for all things well-made.

Both having worked in big fashion, they boldly adventured to develop their own iconic curated Canadian collection of quality goods for the everyday consumer. NSTP has since become a staple Canadian fashion brand because of how good their products are. From their cozy shirts, to their crisp black bear snapbacks, they make functional yet artistic accessories and apparel - perfect for any mood.

Since 2020 they have relocated their young family to Ottawa and closed the Toronto store to focus on selling through stores like Maker House. A fun fact about Pamela and Francesco: they got married in their shop!
